Job summary

HPI, a full-service commercial real estate firm, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to collaborate with the Marketing Director and support the team across digital and print platforms. This fast-paced role offers opportunities to innovate, design, and coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B design experience (real estate, similar industry, or agency ideal).
• Advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in print production procedures.
• Ability to perform well and stay organized under tight deadlines.
• Solution-oriented thinker collaborating with multiple teams.
• Photography and photo/video editing skills.
• Knowledge of WordPress and other web platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms for business use (IG, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• High confidence in social media copy and content creation.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level marketing campaigns for portfolios.
• Produce sophisticated, original artwork.
• Maintain quarterly market reports and monthly inventory reports.
• Create new business proposals, presentations, and RFPs.
• Capture high quality photography and edit as needed.
• Create graphics for and manage social media accounts.
• Coordinate with print vendors to estimate and oversee production.
• Stay updated on design trends and apply to deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

Purpose / Summary of Position:

HPI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Director and support the team as we create assets for digital and print platforms. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role and great opportunity for anyone who is looking to innovate, design and collaborate with individuals across multiple teams.

Priority functions / Responsibilities:

• Maintain high level marketing campaigns for prospective and current portfolio assignments
• Produce sophisticated, original artwork
• Maintain quarterly market reports and monthly inventory reports using predetermined template
• Create new business proposals, presentations, and RFPs
• Take high quality still and 360 photographs and edit/enhance as needed
• Create graphics for and maintain social media accounts
• Work closely with print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production
• Stay up to date on current design trends and incorporate into deliverables
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of B2B design experience (real estate, similar industry, or agency ideal)
