Job Description

IDS is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves strategic concept development, execution of design deliverables, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to create impactful user‑centered experiences.

Key Duties

• Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns
• Actively participates in brainstorming and idea generation
• Conducts design research, moodboarding, concepting, and execution of design concepts
• Recommends creative solutions aligned with client, brand, and end‑user needs
• Communicates design decisions and presentations effectively with teams and clients
• Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies
• Participates in customer discovery sessions and presentations
• Organizes and maintains design files with proper standards and conventions
• Maintains accountability and time management across project lifecycles
• Contributes to ADG team culture and collaboration
• May supervise others
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience
• OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)
• Portfolio required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required
