Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum five years of experience in graphic design.
• Design creative and compelling communication visuals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of creative problem solving.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Color Theory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Visualization and Design Concepts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Branding and Market Identity, Illustrations, Typography, and Decision Briefing.
• Work efficiently on multiple projects quickly and with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers and a strong technical aptitude to create deliverables.
• Experience working in a project-based environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to produce a variety of creative print and digital deliverables.
• Create document designs, including covers, page layouts, inclusive graphics, and image selection.
• Prepare files for digital or offset printing.
• Design brochures and informational handouts for various program outreach efforts and recruitment.
