Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years’ experience in sponsored research and/or grants.
• Strong knowledge of sponsored research, grants and contracts management.
• Experience with non-Federal awards.
• Cover letter required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Zero’s sponsored research portfolio and PIs.
• Advise on financial projections, budgeting, and policies.
• Prepare grant budgets and coordinate with subrecipients and administrators to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with GSE OSP to set up sponsored accounts and close out projects.
• Prepare financial reports and invoices and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
