Job summary

The Crown Institute in Boulder, CO seeks a Finance Program Manager to provide advanced financial administration across a portfolio of federally and non-federally sponsored projects. You will partner with PIs, project teams, Institute leadership, and central offices throughout the award lifecycle—pre-award, post-award, compliance, reporting, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in finance and budgeting for sponsored awards.
• Experience with federal/state sponsor requirements and CU policies.
• Ability to manage multiple awards across diverse sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Advise proposal teams on budget forms and templates and ensure accuracy.
• Lead post-award management including speedtype lifecycle and reporting.
• Monitor budgets, cost share, ICR splits, and compliance with Uniform Guidance.
• Prepare financial reports and liaise with PIs, OCG, and CCO.
