Job summary

PwC is seeking a Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Associate to support client engagements in health services operations. You will analyze complex grant administration issues, manage workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client connections while adapting to changing priorities.

You will apply methods and tools to develop deliverables that support grant processes, interpret feedback, and align solutions with broader project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Experience in grant administration or program support in health services settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant administration workstreams for health services clients and track deadlines, deliverables, and documentation across multiple projects.
• Analyze grant requirements, compliance terms, and operational processes to support funding activities and program execution.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting using business data analytics and digital tooling.
• Review grant workflows and process steps to identify gaps, reduce rework, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Prepare client-ready materials, status updates, and summaries of key issues with clear written communication.
• Apply analytical thinking to interpret performance metrics, monitor progress, and flag risks or delays early.
• Collaborate with client leaders and internal teams to organize priorities and keep work moving forward.
• Support process improvement efforts by using operations management knowledge and continuous learning.
• Mentor junior team members through feedback and day-to-day guidance on grant administration activities.
