Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and a major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Experience with GPU infrastructure or ML/AI workloads.
• Strong CS fundamentals and system design skills.
• Experience keeping production systems reliable, scalable and observable.

Responsibilities

• Build the GPU compute layer to manage GPU workloads on Kubernetes.
• Design the inference layer for model loading, autoscaling, and serving.
• Own ML infrastructure end-to-end: ingestion, preprocessing, training, and recovery.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot training and fine-tuning jobs and improve observability.
• Maintain reliability through incident response and on-call practices.
• Shape architectural direction and engineering standards for the team.
