Job summary

DeepInfra is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to design, build, and operate high-performance data center networks across multiple colocation sites. You will own site bring-ups end to end, coordinate with vendors, and drive automation across our infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in 24/7 production environments, strong Linux skills, and experience with spine/leaf networks, EVPN/VXLAN, and Python/Ansible automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating 24/7 production infrastructure.
• Deep experience with spine/leaf data center networks, EVPN/VXLAN preferred.
• Experience bringing colocation infrastructure online with rack layouts and turn-up.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting across networking, compute, storage, and the physical layer.
• Automation skills with Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-performance data center networks across multiple sites.
• Own site bring-ups end to end: designs, capacity, racks, cabling, turn-up, handoff.
• Operate and improve the underlying infrastructure the compute platform runs on.
• Run infrastructure projects across vendors and sites, manage timelines and logistics.
• Travel to data centers to install, connect, and troubleshoot hardware.
• Serve as primary technical contact for data center vendors and customers.
• Build repeatable playbooks, standards, and automation for faster stand-ups.
