Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance is required.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS and government contracting practices.
• 10+ years managing Government contracts and 5+ years in Army logistics.
• Ability to lead a geographically dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single POC for the Government and maintain full authority for the management and execution of contract requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for contract operations and personnel.
• Manage contract performance to meet requirements, deliverables, schedules, and standards.
• Oversee dispersed personnel and ensure communication, coordination, and accountability.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS.
• Provide safety oversight.
• Coordinate with Government representatives, leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and address risks affecting contract execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to contract personnel.
• Ensure activities support Army logistics requirements.
• Maintain contract documentation and reports.
• Perform additional program management duties as necessary.
