Competenze

• 5+ years of product management or related insurance experience.
• Experience with CMS and state filing for Medicare Advantage / SNP.
• Experience with supplement benefit vendors.

Mansioni

• Ensures compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies.
• Oversees the preparation of detailed design specifications for product enhancements within their insurance product portfolio, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
• Provides business training on existing insurance products as well as training on product changes;
• Provides subject matter expertise and consultation for product management.
• Leads market analysis and competitor analysis, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
