Job summary

Copper River Family of Companies seeks a Senior Program Analyst to provide program management and government contract administration support for DoD IT programs at MacDill AFB, FL. You will serve as a senior advisor overseeing contract performance, deliverables, and documentation, and you will coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel.

The role requires a TS clearance, a bachelor's degree or equivalent government experience, and strong analytical and reporting skills to produce

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant government experience substituted for formal education.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience developing executive reports and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Government contract administration activities.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and program milestones.
• Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, CDRLs, and security documentation.
• Track contractor performance against SLAs and QA metrics.
• Develop performance reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel.
• Maintain program documentation libraries and contract repositories.
• Review contract deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support program planning and administrative activities.
• Identify program risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop process improvements supporting contract execution.
• Provide monthly assessments of contract performance and program status.
