Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Google AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize production‑grade AI systems on Google Cloud for high‑visibility DoW programs. You will lead AI solution delivery, translate mission needs into secure, scalable AI/ML systems, and guide data, platform, and applications engineers.

You will champion MLOps, data pipelines, and secure‑by‑design patterns, delivering measurable value while mentoring teammates and shaping architectural roadmaps

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoW Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required with strong hands‑on AI/ML experience.
• 8+ years software development/data experience with AI/ML focus.
• Proven experience with Dataflow, Dataproc, BigQuery, Looker, and Vertex AI.
• Google Cloud certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• DoW Cyber Baseline Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficiency in Python (and/or Go/TypeScript) for AI services.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs/GenAI, vector databases, RAG patterns.
• Strong MLOps, pipelines, feature stores, monitoring, drift management.
• Security and compliance design for DoW/Federal contexts (NIST 80053, RMF, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver endtoend AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud using Vertex AI.
• Develop production data pipelines with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc.
• Implement robust MLOps including model versioning, retraining, drift detection.
• Operate LLM/GenAI with retrieval over structured/unstructured data; ensure safety and compliance.
• Guide engineering teams; provide technical mentorship and reviews.
• Contribute to program roadmaps and SOPs for sustained operations.
