Wissen Technology is seeking a mid-to-senior Golang developer with Kafka expertise to help scale core data platforms. You will design event-driven microservices, implement high-throughput pipelines, and collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires 5–10 years of backend experience, strong Go skills, and hands-on Kafka knowledge. Hybrid work mode with 3 days onsite in a client-facing, growth-focused consulting context.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of backend engineering experience with production Golang development.
• Deep expertise in Go concurrent patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Proven Kafka design and implementation experience in production.
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency microservices with REST/gRPC.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput microservices using Go and Kafka.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and gRPC services for large-scale data pipelines.
• Configure and tune Kafka producers, consumers, and topics for reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure code quality with unit and integration tests.
