Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Go Developer for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will design and build high‑performance backend services and cloud‑native applications using Go, with emphasis on latency, concurrency, and production readiness.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions, perform code and design reviews, and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar on engineering discipline and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time in Go.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, contexts).
• Hands‑on experience building production gRPC and/or REST APIs in Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes‑native development (client‑go, controller‑runtime).
• Solid experience with relational and key‑value data stores.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container‑based deployment.
• Excellent debugging and performance‑engineering skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
