Corvid Technologies is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our GNC department in Mooresville, NC. You will bridge high-level mission requirements with detailed subsystem design for aerospace vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in GNC or robotics. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines, articulating technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in systems engineering, specifically applied to GNC or robotics.
• Strong proficiency in Python or MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling.
• Experience with HWIL/SIL testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Derive and manage sub-system requirements for GNC hardware and algorithms.
• Define GNC system architecture and ensure integration across components.
• Lead verification plans and test procedures in HWIL and SITL environments.
• Assist in analyzing results from high-fidelity simulation environments.
• Track risk mitigation plans and maintain documentation.
