Job summary

TSC is looking for a Senior Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer to develop advanced flight control and navigation algorithms for missile and air-platform systems in Washington, DC. You will work closely with government scientists and engineering teams to shape system-level performance and guide technical strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering field, with a minimum of 8 years of direct experience in GNC algorithms and proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C++. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Minimum 8 years of direct experience developing GNC algorithms.
• Expert proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C++, and model‑based design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and tuning of guidance laws.
• Develop and maintain high-fidelity simulations.
• Integrate GPS/INS navigation solutions.
