Job summary

Draper is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to conceptualize, develop, analyze, and assess GN&C systems for defense and related applications. You will lead integration and test efforts, develop high-fidelity models, and contribute to system-level testing and documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in systems engineering, strong data analytics, and experience with LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, DOORS, and Simulink.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer/Systems Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in Systems Engineering or related role.
• Experience with system integration and system-level testing.
• Experience with requirements development and DOORS.
• Experience in Master Test Plans from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Define I&T approach for a component or system and execute plan.
• Contribute high quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
• Adapt to changes in program requirements and communicate them to leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
