Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to support GMP manufacturing and testing operations at our Harmans, MD campus. This on-site role focuses on preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of process equipment across bioprocess lines, including fermenters, bioreactors, and filtration systems.

The candidate will work with CMMS and engineering documentation, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain PM programs while adhering to safety and quality procedures in a cleanroom

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GMP/Bio-Pharma maintenance or engineering.
• Clean room experience or GMP/FDA-regulated industry.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders.
• Strong mechanical/electrical repair capabilities.
• Automation and controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop engineering solutions for maintenance and safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and repair bioprocess equipment.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and engineering drawings.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors for maintenance.
