Candidates should have over 10 years of experience, including managerial roles, and possess knowledge of GMP regulations. This position offers a competitive salary range of $165K-$200K annually and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in GMP quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality oversight for GMP activities to support drug manufacturing.
• Review and approve batch records for compliance.

Skills

Hands-on experience with small molecule drug development

Knowledge of US cGMP compliance regulations

Strong leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline
