Responsibilities

• Focuses on filling professional-level positions requiring high sourcing expertise.
• Scouts talent markets and sources candidates globally for open positions.
• Manages a requisition load of 50+ job openings.
• Pre-screens passive candidates to determine fit for professional roles.
• Develops recruitment plans with hiring managers for new openings.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws including OFCCP.
