Job summary

Evermark, based in New Jersey, seeks a Senior Planning Manager to oversee the development and execution of the company’s supply chain strategy, ensuring product availability while controlling inventory costs. You will lead the supply planning team, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements and cost efficiency across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Global CMO network is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments and with external suppliers.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills to engage senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the supply planning team, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring the team is meeting performance objectives.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
• Monitor inventory turns, stock-outs, and service levels; develop action plans to address gaps.
• Support the Kinaxis implementation and establish KPI reporting using new data platforms.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure supplier performance meets expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory and forecasting accuracy.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
