Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in material/supply planning or related supply chain discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and strong Excel/Data visualization skills.
• Ability to coordinate across functions, cultures, time zones, and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global supply plans for raw materials and components.
• Translate demand and lead times into material requirements and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, sites, quality, and logistics to ensure availability and continuity.
• Identify risks, lead recovery plans, and support business continuity and dual-sourcing.
• Maintain planning parameters, safety stock, and lot-size rules across regions.
• Participate in S&OP/IBP processes and communicate material constraints.
