Responsibilities

• Lead the global program of structural cost savings for the packaging category, partnering with R&D, Supply, third party consultants to set the strategic agenda and drive execution at pace.
• Drive Category Transformation: Lead pre-defined strategic initiatives that drive the category forward including a key program on print methodology and color.
• Manage Strategic Relationships: Lead the roll out of global strategic deal contracts and governance across the Mars enterprise within Packaging.
