Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead large strategic projects and ensure delivery on time, budget, and scope. The role reports to the Operations PMO and is based onsite in Coralville, IA, Fargo, ND, or other Danaher locations, with optional remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Project management, DBS certification (i.e., visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.)
• Prefer minimum of five years project management experience serving in the role as a project manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions, driving process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, schedule, risks and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage risks, issues and dependencies with governance channels.
• Provide clear status reporting including milestones and delivery health.
