Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Trust and Protection Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate insider risk from employees, contractors, and others with sensitive access.

You will help shape corporate strategy, review policies, and train teams on insider risk and IP protection. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with experience in investigations, data analysis, and collaborating across functions to strengthen Micron’s security posture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-tech investigations, intelligence, or insider threat analysis/investigations.
• Experience leading interviews and handling confidential information.
• Strong ability to analyze data to drive insider threat detection and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into insider risk matters at Micron, including IP theft and data exfiltration.
• Develop investigative plans with evidence collection and witness interviews.
• Coordinate with US and international law enforcement on cross-border matters.
• Prepare executive reports and threat assessments for senior leadership.
• Identify vulnerabilities and translate findings into actionable security recommendations.
• Develop awareness programs for employees to recognize insider threats.
