Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or related field is required.
• MBA/MS is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience in global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top-tier firm.

Responsibilities

• The Sr. Manager owns and manages a specific piece of a consulting project and is responsible for ensuring it's on track and all deliverables are met on time.
• You need to identify key analyses, build a plan, gather data from stakeholders, execute analyses and summarize findings in presentations.
• You are responsible for all day-to-day activities related to your module and to flag issues to project leadership.
• You oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and execute analyses related to Mars, competitors, and the snacking industry.
• You summarize findings and conclusions in a presentation and present to leadership and Mars stakeholders.
