Novartis is seeking a Senior Clinical Study Leader to oversee the execution of GCO-supported clinical studies from planning through delivery. You will coordinate the cross-functional team, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to global standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regulatory, data operations, and vendor partners to drive operational excellence and timely study delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in clinical research or drug development in Phases I–IV.
• Experience leading global, matrix teams and external stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Co-leads the clinical trial team with CSL and SD-CL oversight to deliver multiple medium to complex global studies.
• Acts as the CTT product owner for delivery of operational strategy per established ways of working.
• Guides planning and decision making at the study level and delivers assigned studies per OEP and protocol.
• Fosters an agile culture to achieve sprint goals and long-term impact.
• Promotes operational excellence in protocol development with cross-functional partners.
• Oversees study timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensures proper handling of study close-out activities and regulatory readiness.
