As a member of the Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) organization, you will lead sourcing, pricing, geo‑diversity, and second‑source manufacturing efforts for supply resiliency for additional AI/ML PCBAs added to our product roadmap, manage supplier qualification and manufacturing line transition from development to mass production, and deliver multi‑sourcing strategies, pricing, and contract manufacturing to ensure supply chain resiliency.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PCBA sourcing strategies for AWS hardware infrastructure.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for AWS hardware infrastructure.
• Understand industry and technology trends.
• Identify key technology trends in the industry and drive supplier product roadmaps and execute on strategic initiatives in those products.
• Negotiate and implement complex supplier agreements and contracts by working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop negotiation strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
• Provide weekly core‑team updates, deliver executive‑level updates on a monthly basis, and manage vendor escalations to resolve any issues related to the category.
• Present to senior leadership via written narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is USA, CA, Cupertino - 162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually and USA, WA, Seattle - 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
