In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building a network of vendors for materials and managing the development process from concept to production. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in product development, strong communication skills, and an eye for quality and design. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Development.
• Deep understanding of the development process and designer vision.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with factories promptly.
• Experience managing direct reports in Product Development or Production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers on the full development lifecycle of products.
• Sourcing materials for seasonal collections.
• Manage the Lab Dip process and approvals.
• Track and report the product development budget and drops.
• Oversee and mentor product development assistants.
