Job summary

FCG is seeking a Senior GIS Developer to design and build web mapping applications using ArcGIS, .NET, and SQL. The role requires 6–7 years of GIS development experience and a strong background in ESRI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in CS/IT/GIS/Geoinformatics with high academics.
• 6–7 years of GIS developer experience, senior level.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Suite, ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server/AGOL.
• Familiarity with front-end UI design and map services.
• Excellent English communication in a global, cross-time-zone team.

Responsibilities

• Define needs with Project Manager and customize existing tech to meet requirements.
• Develop GIS product features and web mapping applications.
• Collaborate in a distributed North American and India team and adapt across time zones.
• Possess self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Conduct R&D related to GIS development and data work.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
