EnTech is seeking a full‑time Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and support our geotechnical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical analysis and design, along with experience managing field investigations, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients. This position provides an opportunity to take on both technical and project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and design approaches for geotechnical engineering services.
• Perform and coordinate geotechnical field investigations, including boring supervision, test pits, and field logging.
• Perform engineering analyses and designs for shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, slope stability, and excavation support systems.
• Prepare and review geotechnical drawings, profiles, and figures using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ArcGIS.
• Prepare geotechnical reports, cost estimates, and technical proposals.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and field personnel, ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
• Review and approve geotechnical designs and deliverables from internal and external sources.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Demonstrate ability to mentor and train junior technical staff.

Required Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; MS in Geotechnical Engineering strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years geotechnical engineering experience in design and analysis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
