The Boring Company is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead geotechnical design and analysis for tunnel projects in Las Vegas. You will guide ground investigations, tunnel lining design, and settlement analyses, shaping standards for future cities.
Role includes travel up to 20%, extended hours, and collaboration with a bold, mission-driven team advancing subterranean technology. Nevada PE or Texas PE is preferred.
The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul‑destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing the underground infrastructure that powers some of the world's most ambitious tunneling projects. You'll lead the geotechnical design and analysis behind every tunnel we build in Las Vegas, while helping shape the standards and engineering approach for future projects across new cities. From ground investigations and tunnel lining design to solving complex subsurface challenges, you'll have a direct impact on technology that's redefining how cities move.
