Job summary

CACI's CAGS program seeks a Senior Targeting Analyst in Springfield, VA, to join a high-performing team focused on national security missions.

You will apply advanced GEOINT, all-source analysis, and targeting expertise, leveraging RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS to produce actionable intelligence.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required; the role emphasizes research, writing, and adherence to targeting cycles.

Qualifications

• BS plus 10 years of Intelligence experience OR MS plus 5 years of Intelligence experience OR completion of Army/Service equivalent 35/350G, 12Y/125D; OR 35F/350F MOS specialty school plus 15 years of Intelligence experience.
• Relevant experience in remote sensing, geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
• At least 5 years supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and MDMP.
• Expert level research and writing skills.
• Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
• Experience overseeing target development per JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
• Training and expert knowledge in basic to advanced target development.
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance.
