Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst on the JGASS II program to support the US Special Operations Command. The position is based in Fayetteville, NC, with up to 10% travel and occasional travel outside the continental US.

You will perform full-spectrum geospatial analysis of complex problem sets, communicate assessments clearly, and fuse multi-disciplinary intelligence sources using PED of MSI, LiDAR, and Electro-Optical imagery to support operational decision makers.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis.
  • Experience in targeting, intelligence, or geospatial systems.
  • Proficiency with GIS applications and related automation for analysis.
  • Broad understanding of collection processes and management.
  • Ability to develop geospatial processing methods to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex problem sets.
  • Communicate assessments clearly, both written and oral, and present analysis products.
  • Utilize PED of ground feature data and remotely sensed data (MSI, LiDAR, EO imagery) to support operations.
  • Work in dynamic fast-paced environments with team and individual efforts.
  • Interface with internal and external leadership.
  • Fuse multi-disciplinary intelligence sources to provide timely geospatial analysis.
  • Coordinate with operational elements to meet commander goals via geospatial enterprise.
  • Provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers.

The Opportunity:
  • CACI has an outstanding opportunity on the JGASS II program for select Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analysts who want to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their talents and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in support of the US Special Operations Command.
  • The opportunity is limited to those who have the operational and technical experience and skills to effectively apply geospatial practices in support of real-world operations.
  • You will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial team that is directly part of the operational planning cycle to support mission success.
  • This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization located in Fayetteville, NC.
Responsibilities:
  • You will perform full-spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets in support of global real-world operations.
  • You will be required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly, both written and orally, and present analysis products from creative analytical techniques in an operational environment.
  • You will use their technical expertise and experience in Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data, such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery, to support the operational customer.
  • You will be required to work in dynamic fast fast-paced environments that require both team interaction and individual efforts.
  • You must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership.
  • Specifically, the Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for fusing multi-disciplinary intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysis in direct support of multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations.
  • You are the interface to the operational elements to ensure the operational commander’s goals are accomplished through the synchronization of the geospatial enterprise.
  • You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers.
  • You will work the full spectrum of the problem set, utilizing advanced geospatial capabilities and techniques to complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand your knowledge and understanding of operational application of geospatial practices across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • TS/SCI
  • 6 years of progressive experience in operational and tactical level intelligence, performing complex and timely geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis.
  • Experience in targeting, intelligence, or geospatial systems.
  • Proficiency in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence-related automation for analytical efforts and product development.
  • Broad understanding of collection processes and management.
  • Ability to perform geospatial processing and develop new methodologies to solve complex tactical intelligence problems.
Desired:
  • Proficiency in integrating with other intelligence disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of how geospatial techniques support the Find Fix Finish Exploit Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle.
  • Working knowledge of computer scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, R, or SAS.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$65,000 - $136,500
