Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to support Special Operations missions with advanced geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis. The role focuses on developing regional and point-level products for the F3EA targeting approach and requires strong technical judgment to tackle complex tactical intelligence problems using geospatial data.

The ideal candidate will have active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 6+ years of operational/tactical intelligence

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience at operational and tactical intelligence levels.
• Strong GEOINT, topographic, imagery, and GIS capabilities.
• Experience with geospatial processing and intelligence-related automation.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to support Special Operations missions through advanced geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis.The successful candidate will develop regional and point-level analytical products supporting the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology. This position requires strong technical expertise, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to solve complex tactical intelligence problems using geospatial and remotely sensed data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis in support of Special Operations missions.


• Develop regional and point analysis products supporting the F3EA targeting methodology.


• Conduct complex and time-sensitive analysis of ground features and remotely sensed data.


• Perform geospatial processing and develop analytical methodologies to address complex tactical intelligence problems.


• Utilize GIS applications and intelligence-related automation to support analysis and product development.


• Support collection processes and management.


• Integrate geospatial intelligence with other intelligence disciplines.


• Apply geospatial techniques to support targeting and operational intelligence requirements.


• Develop accurate, timely, and mission-focused intelligence products.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience conducting complex and timely:

• Geospatial analysis


• Topographic analysis


• Imagery analysis


• Ground-feature analysis


• Remotely sensed data analysis


• General experience in targeting, intelligence systems, or geospatial systems.


• Proficiency with GIS applications and intelligence-related automation.


• Ability to perform geospatial processing and develop new approaches to solve complex intelligence problems.


• Broad understanding of intelligence collection processes and management.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience integrating GEOINT with other intelligence disciplines.


• Working knowledge of how geospatial techniques support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle.
