Job summary

Dunhill Staffing Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Geologist to provide geological and environmental consulting for industrial facilities. The role includes site assessments, subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, and regulatory compliance support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field, 5+ years of experience, and strong data interpretation, reporting, and travel capability. PG license preferred, travel to client sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field.
• 5+ years of geological or environmental consulting experience.
• Experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, and remediation.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Proficiency in geological data interpretation, technical report writing, and environmental sampling methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological and hydrogeological investigations at industrial sites.
• Perform soil, groundwater, and subsurface assessments, including sampling.
• Evaluate geological conditions, groundwater flow, and environmental impacts.
• Prepare technical reports, site assessments, and regulatory documentation.
• Support environmental remediation projects, including development of corrective action plans.
• Manage groundwater monitoring programs and interpret analytical results.
• Coordinate with environmental engineers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and client personnel.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients regarding site conditions and environmental risks.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining safety standards.
