Job summary

Dunhill Staffing Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Geologist to provide geological and environmental consulting for industrial and manufacturing facilities.

You will support site assessments, subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, environmental compliance, and remediation projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in geological or environmental consulting, experience with Phase I/II ESAs, and strong report writing and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in geological or environmental consulting for industrial facilities.
• Experience with Phase I/II ESAs, subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, remediation.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, report writing, and sampling methods.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and industrial clients.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• PG license preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological and hydrogeological investigations at industrial and manufacturing sites.
• Perform and oversee soil, groundwater, and subsurface assessments, including sampling and field investigations.
• Evaluate geological conditions, groundwater flow, and potential environmental impacts.
• Prepare technical reports, site assessments, and regulatory documentation.
• Support environmental remediation projects, including the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Manage groundwater monitoring programs and interpret analytical results.
• Coordinate with environmental engineers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and client personnel.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients regarding site conditions, environmental risks, and project requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality and safety standards.
