Job summary

MANTECH seeks a GEOINT Analyst in Springfield, VA to use geospatial tradecraft and multi-INT sourcing for national security missions. You will produce high-quality intelligence products and brief stakeholders with maps, databases, and spatial analyses.

Responsibilities include SOM/ABI techniques, shapefile creation, and historical imagery analysis to support installations and order of battle insights.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of GEOINT experience.
• GEOINT Education/Training in lieu of experience: Associate’s degree can be substituted for 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for 3 years of experience.
• Master’s degree can be substituted for 2 years.
• PhD can be substituted for 3 years.
• Professional certifications can account for 0.5 years.
• Experience using existing types of commercial and NTM imagery sources for analysis
• Experience conducting search missions with softcopy tools
• Experience operating IEC softcopy exploitation workstations
• Experience identifying military installations and conducting military infrastructure and order of battle analysis
• Experience conducting historical imagery research

Responsibilities

• Conduct GEOINT analysis on national security issues using geospatial data, specialized imagery, and geospatial tradecraft.
• Integrate multi-intelligence content, coordinate across communities of interest and offices, and obtain GEOINT support.
• Provide timely, relevant GEOINT analysis to policy makers, allied organizations, military, and the IC.
• Publish formal written products including Cedalion remarks, baseline descriptions, PULSE reports, and GEOINT Notes.
• Apply SOM and ABI techniques to analyze spatial-temporal data from imagery and multi-INT sources.
• Create shapefiles, geo-databases, maps, infographics, and tailored briefings.
• Conduct multi-INT research and historical imagery analysis to support installations and order of battle.
