Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development in one or more languages (e.g., C++, Python, SQL).
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products; 1 year design/architecture.
• 3 years experience with ML infrastructure (deployment, evaluation, data processing).
• 1 year with GenAI techniques or GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code; develop AI auto-raters and agentic systems to assess headroom and improve ML model or product understanding.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst technologies.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices (style, testing, accuracy, efficiency).
• Contribute to documentation and adapt content based on updates and user feedback.
• Triage issues and debug/resolve impacts on hardware, network, or service quality.
