Job summary

BigSpring in the United States is seeking an AI Engineer with strong full-stack capabilities to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that fuse AI with modern web tech. You will work on multimodal generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics to enhance how users learn and perform on our platform.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack development, 3+ years deploying production ML models, and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise-grade prompts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (React, Python/Typescript) with 3+ years deploying production ML models.
• 1+ years building generative AI apps with NLP/LLMs (OpenAI, Google, HuggingFace).
• Expertise in NLP models and libraries; using LLMs; RAG and agentic workflows.
• Experience with ML frameworks and services (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn); FastAPI/Flask.
• GenAI infra experience with Vector DBs (Qdrant) and agent tools (Google ADK, Langchain, CrewAI).
• MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Strong software engineering foundation and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack AI-driven applications (React frontend, Python/Typescript backend).
• Develop advanced prompt strategies and multi-turn memory management.
• Tailor prompts for enterprise standards (privacy, compliance) and integrate into agent workflows.
• Deploy models and pipelines in production with scalable, reliable solutions.
• Monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and impact.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and advocate new tech adoption.
