The role requires 5+ years in fast-food management, coaching of leaders, and a deep knowledge of food safety and brand standards. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position with a focus on performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fast-food or quick-service restaurant management experience.
• Proven success in leading teams, managing performance, and achieving operational and financial targets.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Serve as the Food Safety Leader, ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Drive excellence in Quality Food Production, service execution, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Plan, lead, and oversee daily shifts, ensuring readiness, staffing, and execution.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure adherence to opening/closing procedures, cash-handling, and security standards.
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and training initiatives.
• Establish daily goals, communicate expectations, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Lead by example while coaching and developing managers and crew.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment across guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure hospitality coverage during peak business periods.
