Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager in Derby, KS to lead guest experiences and drive high-performance results in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach the team, model a consultative sales process, and act as a brand advocate, while expanding skills through required training and leadership calls.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, develop talent, and ensure store performance through strategy, scheduling, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
