Qualifications

• 12+ years of trial experience in civil litigation.

• Experience in general liability, premises liability, product liability, retail, construction, and/or insurance defense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions with precision.
• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Prepare for mediations and court hearings.
• Appear in court for trial proceedings.
