Qualifications

• Demonstrated research and writing ability in complex insurance defense matters.
• Admission to the Indiana State Bar is required; Michigan admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation across all phases including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
• Develop and present legal arguments, manage dockets, and coordinate with opposing counsel and clients.
