Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, with a strong background in general liability and premises liability matters.

• Requires first-chair trial experience.
• Significant experience taking expert depositions.
• Minimum 5 years in general liability and premises liability.
