Job summary

Sedgwick, a global leader in claims management, seeks a Client Litigation Manager - General Liability for all states with a dedicated client. Hybrid role based in Eden Prairie, MN, two days in office and three days remote.

You will guide high-exposure cases, coordinate with clients and local counsel, and drive strategic resolutions. Ideal candidates have eight years of related experience including five in claims management and three in litigation, plus a strong grasp of public relations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is a plus.
• Eight years related experience with five in claims management and three in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with client(s) and keeps them informed of anticipated exposure.
• Handles public relations as it may relate to media interest in specific cases.
• Reviews reports and forms; seeks early resolution and communicates outcomes; focuses on high-exposure claims.
• Coordinates with local counsel; assigns cases and monitors performance.
• Identifies settlements and subrogation opportunities and attends mediations/hearings as needed.
• Gathers documents, discusses issues, and supports defense strategy.
