Qualifications

• Must have ABA-accredited law degree and be a current, active bar member in good standing.
• Specialized experience at GS-11 requires 1 year equivalent to GS-09 with 2 of 3 criteria.
• Specialized experience at GS-12 requires 1 year equivalent to GS-11 with 2 of 3 criteria.
