Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst for the General Accounting team in the United States. This role supports Debt, treasury, insurance, advertising and other processes, partnering with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation for reporting.

Responsibilities include executing month-end/year-end close, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in financial shared services.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
• Experience with data analytics or data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to PTP, OTC, RTR across the tower.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and feedback.
• Interpret data contained in reports and ledgers.
• Provide analysis to increase efficiency and improve processes.
• Assist junior analysts and support month-end / year-end close.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; meet reporting deadlines.
