Job summary

You will build, deploy, and scale GenAI chatbots and AI assistants, implement RAG-enabled connections to enterprise data, and craft Agentic AI workflows using tools and APIs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Strong communication skills to translate AI capabilities into business use cases.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Spark, Java.
• Familiarity with AI techniques and ML algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and scale GenAI chatbots and AI assistants.
• Develop RAG-enabled applications connecting LLMs with enterprise data sources.
• Create Agentic AI workflows using tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Improve AI performance via prompt engineering and retrieval strategies.
• Implement AI guardrails, monitoring, and governance for secure, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move concepts to production.
