Job summary

onsemi in the United States (Arizona) seeks a Staff AI Solutions Engineer to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions across business functions. You will architect and deploy AI/ML systems, guide governance, and mentor engineers, reporting to the Sr. AI & Data Science Manager.

You will lead hands-on design and deployment on Azure, LangGraph, MLflow and related tools, ensuring responsible AI use, performance monitoring, and collaboration with Infrastructure, Security, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/DS/Statistics required.
• 7–10 years of experience in AI/data science.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), MLOps, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from ideation to production.
• Architect scalable GenAI solutions and workflows.
• Ensure Responsible AI governance and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and data teams.
